Weekday nights: $100 per night, rooms; $130 per night, cottages.
Weekend nights: $130 per night, rooms; $160 per night, cottages.
Some of our rooms & cottages are equipped with Jacuzzi tubs.
*Excluding special weekends such as UF home games, graduation, holidays, ect.

Is your UF student feeling a little home sick? When you stay at the Sweetwater Branch Inn Bed and Breakfast, you can bring them here for our homemade buffet breakfast served every morning, Monday - Friday, 7:30-9:00 a.m., and Saturday & Sunday, 8:30-10:00 a.m.; complimentary to our overnight guests and just $10 extra per person. Dine together in a peaceful setting in a historic house.

Let us be your home-away-from-home for spending quality time together. We have bike rentals ($5.00 for up to 4hrs and $10.00 for over 4hrs), and plenty of area maps with bike trails. If parking on campus is an issue, a short bike ride can be a simple solution. Campus is approximately a mile away.
